Sergiy Chuguenko

Education

Graduated from Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University in 2000 with a degree in civil engineering (Master’s degree). In 2006, he received his PhD in Technical Sciences. In 2015, he was promoted to Associate Professor of the Department of Road Construction and Operation

Experience in the construction industry since 2000.
